Inland Study Tour SMC-3
1x Group comprising 30 participants and 4x faculty members visited different departments and organizations of the Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa.
Organizations and Places Visited during SMC-3:
The aim of the study tour was to enhance the knowledge of the participants about functioning and performance of public sector organizations and private sector working in diversified socio-cultural environment of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The participants were afforded an opportunity to interact with leadership at all tiers to benefit from their knowledge / experience and have insight into planning and implementation strategies. The participants of the course visited institutions and other organizations to gain knowledge about their functioning; which included visit to the AK Regimental Centre, Mansar Camp, Chief Secretary’s Office, office of Commandant Frontier Constabulary, Sarhad Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Paraplegic Centre, Inspector General Police KPK, Torkham Border Michni Check Post, Pakistan Forest Institute, Lady Reading Hospital, Secretariat Education (Elementary & Secondary), and National Institute of Management Peshawar. In addition, Field Visit to Extion Services and LoC Chakothi was also conducted. Since seeing believes, the Inland Study Tour to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was selected and the participants of the SMC-3 were given an exposure to physically / practically observe the steps taken by the KPK Govt. for efficient public service delivery in Education, Forest, Police, Tourism and Industry, Model Health Institute and Paraplegic Centers were also visited.
Inland Study Tour MCMC-9
1x Group comprising 34 participants and 4x faculty members visited different departments and organizations of the Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa.
Organizations and Places Visited during MCMC-9:
An Inland study tour to Rawalpindi & Abbottabad was organized in the 2nd Term of the course. Participants Province were afforded the opportunity to visit the office of the Commissioner, Hazara Division, Ayub Medical College, Pakistan Military Academy Kakul, Baloch Centre Abbottabad, PAC Kamra, Commissioner Office Rawalpindi, Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Hussain Lakhani International Hospital and information Service Academy, Islamabad.
