Message from the Prime Minister of GoAJ&K

It is a matter of great satisfaction that the Kashmir Institute of Management (KIM) is playing its due role as the premier training and capacity-building institution of the Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir.

Capacity building is pivotal to achieve citizen-centric governance, efficient service delivery and prudent decision-making. KIM must emerge not just as a training institute but as center of excellence and strategic think tank that leads the transformation of public administration in AJK.

KIM must lead the way not only in institutional capacity-building, but also in shaping a new governance culture that is inclusive, agile, citizen-driven and ethically grounded . I expect the institute to expand its reach to the wider public sector, academia and civil society ensuring that the benefits of good governance and modern public management are shared by all segments of our society.

I extend my full support to the Management and faculty of KIM and wish them success in their mission to build a modern, prosperous and people-first Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
